Respect, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (REDI) workshops series

This workshop will focus on challenges experienced within organizational cultures (athletic, professional, academic, etc.) to consider how an overarching organizational culture can perpetuate systemic disadvantages. Participants will be given an overview of rights and responsibilities within diverse organizational environments, to consider the possibility of positive impact and mechanisms of cultural change within organizations regarding equity, diversity and inclusion.

About the Series
The FES Equity Committee along with the Centre for Human Rights, Equity and Inclusion (REI) invite you to participate in the Respect, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (REDI) workshops at FES. These are professional development “brown bag lunch” workshops which will be offered right here in the HNES building. If you attend ANY THREE workshops you will receive a certificate of completion!
